Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel with a very cosmopolitan breakfast which was very impressive. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. One drawback if you are arriving by car the parking is very limited and we had major problems trying to find the overspill car park- a ‘take and pick up service’ would be perfect here.
It definitely has an old school vibe and could use a bit of a revamp, but still was a pleasant experience. Doormen and security look intimidating, but were so friendly. I'm not a gambler but I'm definitely coming back here to watch my friends win again :)
I would give ZERO star if I can! I’m a loyalty customer to Genting for the past years but this time the experience I had is outrageous! I forgot to bring my membership card with me so borrowed my boyfriend. When I was in reception the lady scanned my card and said it’s not yours then CUT MY BOYFRIEND’S CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This is appaling! I was appalled! Then I asked why she didn’t ask me at least explain it to me what is the regulation because I still can use my DOB and full name to get in anyway. Instead of apologizing, she rolled eyes to me and said I don’t need to explain to you, I can get another card if you need.

Due to his poor complaints handling we requested he left notes on our check out invoice so that we could show this with a formal complaint that I could email to the hotel. Mark advised he had done this and he placed the invoice inside a sealed envelope. I opened the envelope and to my disbelief there were pelo additional notes of the complaint we raised. When questioned Mark advised he is unable to leave notes on the invoice which made me immediately distrust him and anything he had previously said to me. I have since written a formal complaint via email and it has been over a week without receiving any acknowledgement or reply. This is apparently one of the best hotels in Birmingham city centre. The experience me and my partner faced was more towards the standards of a Travelodge or premier inn and even in those hotels you would receive a much better service with compensation or even refund. I would not usually leave such a review but the experience I faced was disgusting and I was made to feel at blame by Mark and feel I gave no choice having had no reply or acknowledgement to my formal complaint and believe others should be aware of this awful stay. Avoid this hotel.
I would encourage the hotel to take steps to address this issue by providing better training for their staff on how to interact with guests. hopefully the hotel can improve the guest experience and prevent this from happening to others

The social nights are great, with free drinks and nibbles. The breakfast is tasty and hot. I travel to Birmingham regularly and will be using this hotel again, as well as recommending to colleagues.

Run down place no staff to serve customers drinks and food. The lift out of order for the past7 months and pelo repair in site have to 3 floors to poker room and back down to smoke room all the time.
The man with the dangly earing is soooo miserable! We didnt even wanna stay on his table ! Get a new job and smile! Everyone else is nice though
First impressions, it wasn't obvious to see when walking towards it and following Google maps, but hey, it wasn't far to walk from New Street. Good location and a nice looking hotel once inside. The staff were friendly and Glasgow slots very helpful. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, with a large bathroom plus a kitchenette.
I've been coming to this casino for a long time and the staff at the reception are very polite and friendly, the manager at rainbow casino are probably one of the best managers compared to the other casinos I've been to.
We often go to Broadway Casino to play Roulette and to dine within their nice Italian themed restaurant then to finish our night out we test our luck at the Roulette tables. There is ample pre-dinner drinks in the cocktail bar area next to a contemporary smart restaurant that serves really good Italian food, cooked by actual Italian chefs. The restaurant is managed by Kirsty and her staff that we always found to be pleasant and professional.
